Walking With The Wounded Marathon des Sables team 2024 - Fundraiser Registration Form

Walking With The Wounded, registered charity no. 1153497 in England and Wales and no. SC047760 in Scotland (‘WWTW’), has a number of reserved places in the 2024 Marathon des Sables (‘MdS’).

The form below with you (the ‘Fundraiser’) outlines the terms under which Fundraisers are able to run on behalf of WWTW at the MdS.

The MdS is an important annual fundraising event for WWTW and the allocation of places is aimed at maximising the amount raised for WWTW and its programmes supporting veterans back into society. We are keen to encourage runners to raise as much money as possible, and in so doing benefit from a lower entry cost.

  1. Upon signature of this form, the Fundraiser agrees for WWTW to pass the Fundraiser’s full name and email to Run Ultra Ltd (‘Run Ultra’) which handles UK entries for the official MdS race organisers.
  1. Each Fundraiser’s total raised will be calculated via money received on their online fundraising page which is automatically transferred to WWTW on a regular basis, and any offline donations received and successfully banked by WWTW.
