Walking With The Wounded are delighted to be working with ultra runner and world record holder Rory Coleman on our Marathon des Sables team.
Supporting the group on their physical and mental preparations, Rory brings his unique skills and experience from over 30 years of ultra marathons to our team – what he doesn’t know about the race and ultra marathons really isn't worth knowing and he is an invaluable resource.

From advice on what kit to take, to more fundamental worries about undertaking the ‘worlds toughest footrace’, Rory is on hand to support our participants. We are very proud of our partnership with Rory and his life story of overcoming adversity and challenging yourself makes him the perfect partner for us on this world famous event.
